All Breed Championship Cat Shows
Our Championship Cat Shows are run in accordance with the rules of the
Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF). They are held once a year usually
in early Spring and most recently in Exeter, Devon.

Showing Your Cat
Your cat needs to be in good health, have it's vaccinations up to date,
parasite free and be of good temperament. There is some info here on
showing your cat which might help you to some extent:
https://www.gccfcats.org/shows-activities/shows-events/getting-started/
You need to enter your cat in the show when the schedules are published.
Then you decide which classes your cat should be entered into. The open
class is determined by the breed, sex, age and whether they are neutered or
not. Miscellaneous classes are your choice.
Do not worry if it is confusing as we can give you guidance nearer the time.
You need to get a schedule for the show as a first step so keep an eye out as
to when they are available, probably sometime in January. If you wish to
become a member of a cat club that is no problem as you can join ours with
your show entry for £5 single or £7 joint, click on the contact button above
for details.
